The client's goal was to create a user friendly web site that would support the community through health education and protection of the environment. The sites primary purpose is to disseminate information. Visually the site was to reflect the mission of the health department: promoting healthy behaviors, preserving the natural environment, and highlighting its services in public health nursing, nutritional and supportive services.
